Here at Chicagoland, we bring the Italian Beef to the valley, and we do it just as Al Ferreri did back in 1938. Beef dipped in the best Au Jus, and placed into a soaking wet Gonnella roll. Topped with either hot Giardiniera Peppers, or the best Sweet peppers. Like something different on yours? Grilled Onions? Provolone Cheese melted on top? We are always glad to cook to order.
